Hello everyone! My name is Joe & I\u2019m from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I attended<\/strong> Langara College for Communications. For the last 19 years, I\u2019ve been in retail<\/strong> sales where I worked as an Assistant Store Manager. My favorite part about the job was assisting customers & teaching staff different skills so that<\/strong> they were successful<\/strong> at work and in life. This year, I attended Douglas College and received my TESL Certification<\/strong> (Teaching English as a Second Language<\/strong>).<\/p>\n

I love to travel & have visited many countries around the world. My wife is from Niigata and I have been fortunate<\/strong> to visit many places in Japan with her. I feel that traveling is a great way to learn about different cultures and customs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I really enjoy sports and I\u2019m hoping to participate in<\/strong> the Sendai Half Marathon. Some other hobbies of mine are watching suspense\/mystery<\/strong> movies, reading, listening to music and cooking.<\/p>\n
